At Store Versile, each gift is handcrafted with love and personalized with care. As we begin working on orders soon after they’re placed, we have a specific cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
Cancellations by the Customer

Within 24 hours of placing the order:
You are eligible for an 80% refund of the total amount paid. -
Within 4 days of placing the order:
You are eligible for a 60% refund of the total amount paid. -
After 7 days from order time:
Orders are non-refundable, but the amount may be issued as store credits for future purchases.
⚠️ Important Note:
If the customization process or production work has already started before your cancellation request, no refund will be issued — regardless of the timing of your cancellation. This is because the product is tailored uniquely for you and cannot be reused.
Cancellations by Store Versile
In the rare event that we have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as material unavailability or internal issues), we will issue a full 100% refund to your original mode of payment.
