1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed only after all customization details (photos, voice clips, texts, etc.) are received.

  • Once details are complete, we generally take 3–5 business days for production, depending on the product.

  • For urgent orders, please inform us at the time of placing the order. We will try our best to accommodate, subject to feasibility.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • We ship across India through reliable third-party courier services.

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, festive seasons, courier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and may vary by product type or packaging size.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping as part of special campaigns or promotions.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at your provided address. Please ensure your phone number is reachable during transit.

  • If the recipient is unavailable or the address is unclear, the parcel may be:

    • Re-attempted once (in certain cases),

    • Held at the nearest delivery center for self-pickup, or

    • Returned to us.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if applicable).

  • Store Versile does not guarantee delivery on Sundays or public holidays, as it depends on the courier partner’s schedule.

7. Handling Fragile Products

  • Our packaging is done carefully to protect fragile items like jars and resin frames.

  • In the unlikely case of damage during transit, please share an unboxing video or clear images within 24 hours of delivery for us to review and resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon!
