If the recipient is unavailable or the address is unclear, the parcel may be:

Held at the nearest delivery center for self-pickup, or

Returned to us.

In the unlikely case of damage during transit, please share an unboxing video or clear images within 24 hours of delivery for us to review and resolve the issue.
8. International Shipping
